Is PuzzleBuddy free?
Yes. PuzzleBuddy is completely free — no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. There's no account to create and nothing to track. Open the app and start solving.
Does PuzzleBuddy collect my data?
No. PuzzleBuddy collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Your saved puzzles and best times are stored only on your device. See the full Privacy Policy.
Does it need an account or the internet?
Neither. There's no sign-up and no login, and PuzzleBuddy is built to be played fully offline. It doesn't transmit your gameplay anywhere.
How do I save and resume a puzzle?
PuzzleBuddy keeps your puzzle in progress automatically. Leave the app whenever you like and come back to pick up right where you left off. Your best completion times are remembered too.
I'm stuck on a piece. What can I do?
Two cozy helpers: open the Image Guide to glance at the finished picture, or tap Puzzle Buddy Assist for a gentle nudge toward where a piece belongs.
My puzzle didn't save, or the app isn't behaving.
First, make sure PuzzleBuddy is up to date in the App Store and try fully closing and reopening the app. If it still happens, contact us with your device model, iOS version, the puzzle category and difficulty, and what happened. That helps us track it down fast.
